Dr. Lisa Chinchamie - PhD, MA, BSc works at the intersection of mental health and well-being, gender equity, and social justice, with a focus on labour market integration for foreign‑educated immigrant professionals. Her research critically examines how credential recognition systems perpetuate racialized exclusion, reinforcing structural barriers and undermining both professional identity and psychological and spiritual well‑being. Dr. Chinchamie has worked in tertiary education for over 15 years.

Dr. Michelle H. A. Bailey - Ph.D, M.Ed, B.Ed, Hons. B.A, Dip. Counselling is a dedicated educator and counsellor with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families from diverse ethnic communities. Dr. Michelle has worked in a variety of educational and therapeutic settings, providing culturally responsive care and creating safe spaces for healing and growth. Her practice focuses on mental health, trauma-informed care, and community empowerment. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and goal attainment, building resilience and promoting well-being in underserved populations.

Dr. Dorothy A. N - EdD, MED, RSSW, B.Sc. Q.Med is a respected social justice advocate, educator, and registered social service worker with over 26 years of experience in human and community services. She specializes in equity-driven, healing-centred approaches that empower marginalized and underrepresented communities. Dr. Dorothy leads culturally responsive programs supporting youth and families. Her research and leadership emphasize economic justice and Indigenous empowerment, inspiring future leaders to build inclusive, thriving communities.
